"...And I looked, and behold a pale horse. and his name that sat upon it was Death. And Hell followed with him."
Yeah, I know Typhus would (is?) be seen as Pestilence, but I like this quote. And besides, a horde of Zombies that days or hours ago were your PDF brothers in arms is pretty close to Hell.
So what do you think?

I'll post the zombies after I have a few more done with various poses and decay sculpted on...
So far so good. I like Typhus on that base. Good to see some progress. Slow and steady may just win the race yet!
Holy shit, I love Typhus' base. Where the hell (har har) did you get that? Wasnt that quote from a Clint Eastwood movie? Pale Rider? The one where he was a priest I think. Maybe it originated somewhere else, but I remember hearing it in that movie :) Looks good man, I kinda like the skull bases, it's hard to say how an entire army on them would look though.
@Matt
I'm just trying not to burn myself out. Also working on some unit stat cards for a smoother game experience; also a general reference sheet for both systems. Not sure if the GW staff will take umbrage with the printing of certain materials, however...
@Josh
The quote originated from the (B?)bible, specifically Revelations 6:7-8, but that scene in Pale Rider when he rides up and the young girl is reading the passage is almost always what I think of. He is depicted with a scythe so I guess it is the appropriate horseman. The base is from Micro Art Studios. I added a tentacle from the Chaos Spawn kit for a way to place Typhus' foot. I might make a small display tray for the Hoard 'o' Zombies with Typhus in the middle, if I have time...
There are "GW Sanctioned" reference sheets already available for both systems. I'll have them printed out and ready to go.
I'm also making binders for each of the Chaos sides (for us) as well as individual binders for each Imperial/Order unit to help make the play go smoothly.
I just found a company that does custom resin bases and will be putting The elder smash-face daemon on an 80mm square base. Picture to follow...
Here is Fallen Brother Ignatius forever entombed in a burning engine of rage and destruction.

My question is, do you think I should put all the other Khorne units on skull bases as well? The bases I'm looking at won't be completely covered and on the Daemon side. only the Bloodthister is really skulled out. I feel the resin bases are easier (and considering the GW skull pack, a bit cheaper) for completing the basing needs of almost 40 models.
Thoughts?
