Here are the rules...

Calculate the number of minis you have fully painted and those that are anywhere from "sprue" to WiP.

Post your totals and edit them when you've made some progress!

I got a lot to do...

To give my self a reasonable starting point, I'm finishing all the Tau(Kroot) that I currently possess.
I'll also be working on some terrain to feature it all and objective markers. Now that the house is semi up and running, I have a dedicated work space.
